The Invoice trigger lets you automate actions based on the status of your invoices. When an invoice changes state, the workflow fires automatically, so follow-ups, notifications, and other actions happen without manual intervention. This keeps your financial processes running smoothly and ensures nothing gets missed.
To set this up, click the Add New Workflow Trigger button inside a workflow and select Invoice from the available options.

Filters
An Invoice Status filter will appear, where you can select from: paid, partially paid, sent, viewed, or void.

These options let you track invoice progress, set up proactive communications, and trigger the right actions at each stage.
Additional Filters
To narrow things down further, you can add extra filters, such as Has Tag or other custom fields, using the Add Filters option. If you select Has Tag, choose the specific tag that should fire the workflow.

Using this trigger, you can keep your invoicing and payment processes organised, with accurate tracking at every stage.
