The Troubleshooting Tool in Calendars helps you understand why calendar slots are blocked or unavailable, making it quicker to spot and fix problems with your calendar settings.

To get started, go to Calendar Settings within the Calendars section.

Click the wrench icon next to the calendar you want to check and select Troubleshoot Calendar.

This opens your calendar in a new tab. The view looks similar to the one you see when using the calendar's booking link, but each slot is shown as available or unavailable with a short explanation of why it's blocked.

When a slot is unavailable, hover over it for a more detailed explanation of why.

If you make changes to the calendar, click the refresh option to keep the troubleshooting view up to date.

This tool cuts down the time you spend diagnosing calendar issues and helps you sort them quickly.
