Large workflows are hard to scan when you need to find one value, one tag, or one step used in multiple places. The Find & Replace function helps you quickly locate and update what matters most, using custom values, tags, or text as search points. Here's how to use it.
Using The Feature
Head to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and open any existing workflow.

Click Find, or press Alt+F for Windows or Option+F for Mac.

Choose whether you want to look up custom values, tags, or text.

Enter the value, tag, or text you want to look up, and every matching case will be listed so you can move through the results.

Clicking a result opens it for editing on the right, and the workflow view centres on your selected trigger or action.

If looking for a Custom Value or Tag, you can select a different value to change the results to. This can be applied to a single (1) or all matching results (2).

Search works within a single workflow, supports partial matches, and is case-insensitive. That means precise results, less manual hunting, and the ability to update workflows without opening every action one by one. The view also moves automatically to the selected node so you always have context.
