If your WordPress site isn't behaving, the Troubleshoot tool can help you fix it directly within the CRM. Here's how to use it.
Accessing The Troubleshoot Tool
Navigate to the WordPress tab inside the Sites section and click the website you wish to troubleshoot.

Select Troubleshoot Site from the Quick Actions menu.

Navigate to the page where you are experiencing the issue and click "Start the Process."

Troubleshooting Your Site
The tool will automatically scan all active plugins. Once the list appears, select the plugins that are necessary for the site's functionality, then click "Confirm Plugins."

The system will test the plugins in batches, checking at each step whether the site is fixed. If a broken plugin is detected, you'll be prompted to delete it. Once done, you'll see a confirmation screen in case you need further troubleshooting.

And that's it. The tool can get your site back up in minutes and works even when the site is partially broken, including scenarios like the White Screen of Death (WSOD), so you won't miss any leads.
