You can publish and sync products from your e-commerce stores to Meta Commerce, making it simple to sell through Facebook and Instagram Shops. The built-in sales and marketing tools let you promote products and reach your target audiences. Automatic inventory synchronisation keeps everything in one place, so you manage a single inventory while running ads across both platforms.
How to Set Up and Use the Integration
Creating a Facebook Shop
If you don't already have a shop in Meta Commerce Manager, head to the Business Portfolio within Meta Commerce Manager and click Add Account in the Commerce Accounts section.
Setting Up the Integration
Once that's done, go to Account Settings in NotLuck CRM > Integrations > Facebook & Instagram to get started.

Make sure your Facebook account is properly connected and the required permissions have been granted, then choose which pages you want to link to your store in the "Manage" section.

Linking Pages to Stores
Use the Settings option in the Facebook and Instagram Integration card to link your shop pages to their respective e-commerce stores.

Your selected pages will appear in the Shops tab, where you can connect them to stores for product syncing.

You can enable or disable product sync for each page depending on your needs.
By using this integration, you'll save time, improve your marketing efforts, and simplify your sales process. Connect your store today to maximise your business's potential.
✍️Important Notes

- Only one-time products are supported; recurring products aren't compatible with Meta Marketplace.
- If inventory tracking is disabled, a default quantity of 999 will be assigned since inventory is mandatory in Meta Commerce Manager.
- To enable product synchronisation, your Facebook Page must be linked to a store created within the CRM's Shops section.
