Sending review requests is a straightforward way to gather feedback that helps you improve your products, services, and customer experience. When you actively ask for reviews, you get a clearer picture of what customers value and where there is room to improve. Positive reviews build trust and give potential customers confidence in your brand. Addressing negative feedback lets you resolve issues, strengthen customer relationships, and refine your offering. This article walks you through how to send review requests via WhatsApp.

📌Note: WhatsApp requests require a WhatsApp-enabled phone number.

Configure Review Requests

To set up a review request, go to Reputation Settings in your account. Make sure the WhatsApp Review Requests feature is enabled and configured to your preferences. Customise your message template by adding dynamic placeholders and call-to-action links. Then submit the request for Meta approval, which usually takes one to two minutes.

Once your settings are confirmed, click Save in the lower-right corner to apply your changes.

Sending Manual Review Requests

Once your review request is configured, go to the Requests tab within the Reputation section. Here you'll find a list of contacts who have received requests, along with key details such as the date each request was sent.

Click the Send Review Request button to get started.

You will then need to provide the following contact details:

  • Contact Name
  • Valid phone number
  • Valid email address (Optional)

Select the option to send the review request via WhatsApp and enable other channels if necessary.

Once you have finalised the details, click the Send Review Request button. The review request will be added to the queue and sent based on the configured settings.

Monitor the status of each request in the Requests tab to stay organised and optimise your strategy for maintaining a positive online presence.
