It helps you spot areas for improvement, understand what your audience needs and cares about, and shows a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Here's how to send review requests from the Contacts section.

Requesting A Review

Start by navigating to the Smart Lists tab inside the Contacts section and selecting your desired contacts.

Open the More dropdown menu and select the Request Reviews option.

Give this action a clear, recognisable name, which will appear in the tracking report for easy reference.

Choose to send your requests via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from the dropdown menu, depending on your preference.

Sending Frequency

All at Once

The "Send All at Once" feature lets you send review requests to all selected contacts at the same time, saving time and getting feedback back quickly.

Add at a Scheduled Time

Use the "Add at a Scheduled Time" option to schedule review requests for a specific date and time. This lets you plan your outreach in advance for more timely communication with clients.

Add in Drip Mode

For large contact lists, the "Add in Drip Mode" option lets you send review requests in batches.

This avoids overwhelming your clients with requests all at once. To use it, you'll need to specify:

  1. Start On: Set the specific date and time to begin adding contacts to the review request.
  2. Batch Quantity: Specify the number of contacts to include in each batch.
  3. Repeat After: Set the interval between batches, which can range from seconds to days.
  4. Send On: Select the days of the week you want to send the batches.
  5. Time Window (Optional): Define the time window for processing the batches.

Send Review Requests

Check your choices, then click the "Send Review Requests" button to kick off the bulk action.

This feature lets you gather feedback from multiple contacts efficiently. You can also customise the review request format within the 'Reputation' section for a more tailored experience.
