Gift cards give recipients choice and flexibility, and they're a straightforward way to send funds to customers for loyalty rewards, compensation, refunds, or promotions. If you've already created gift cards and want to send one to a client, follow these steps.

Once your gift cards are set up, go to the Gift Cards tab in the Payments section, open the All Gift Cards area, and click Send.

Use the dropdown to select the customer you want to send the gift card to, then click Continue. Only contacts with an email address on record will appear.

Add a personal message to send with the gift card. You can use 'Write with AI' and prewritten prompts to help draft it.

If you have multiple gift card values, select one from the dropdown.

Pick a delivery method (1), set a delivery date (2), and click Continue (3).

Check the email preview, which shows the gift card and other details. If everything looks correct, click Send Gift Card.

📌 Note: The email's content can't be edited.

Once sent, the gift card is delivered to the customer's email address associated with the purchase. Each gift card sent reduces your inventory, giving customers funds they can only spend in your store.
