Each opportunity has a dedicated Payments tab, giving you a convenient place to create and send estimates and invoices without leaving the opportunity. You can also view all linked transactions, including invoices and estimates, in the same section.
How to Send an Invoice/Estimate from an Opportunity
Go to the Opportunities section and open the opportunity you want to work on.

Inside the opportunity, click on the Payments tab.

In the Payments tab, click the Actions dropdown and select Create Estimate/Invoice.

You'll be taken to the Invoice or Estimate page, where the contact details are pre-populated automatically.

Add your products, set your tax and discount preferences, and adjust any additional settings as needed.

Review and finalise the estimate or invoice, then click Send. You'll be redirected back to the opportunity automatically.

How to Link an Invoice or Estimate to an Opportunity
When creating an Invoice or Estimate in the payments section, you can link it to an opportunity so it appears inside the opportunity card once sent. Create your Invoice/Estimate as normal.

Select the customer you'll be sending the document to.

Tick the "Link Opportunity" box, then select the opportunity you want to connect.

Complete your Invoice or Estimate as normal, then send it.

To view the Invoice/Estimate, go to the Opportunity Card and click the Payments tab. You can see all transactions linked to the opportunity, including the creation date, amount, type, and status.

You can also filter the list to show only estimates, invoices, or all transactions associated with the opportunity.

This keeps estimates and invoices organised within the context of each opportunity, saving time and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
