Opportunities represent prospective customers or business partners who will go through an onboarding process that might require one-to-one meetings, service appointments, or product rentals. Just like with individual contacts, these are best managed in the CRM's schedule.
Accessing Appointments
Head to the Opportunities tab inside the Opportunities section and locate your desired opportunity card.

Switch to the "Book/Update Appointment" tab.

If no appointment exists, click "New Appointment" to create one.

Select the type of appointment you'd like to create.

Fill out the appointment details; the contact details will be prefilled from the contact linked to the opportunity.

If an appointment already exists, you can edit, view, or delete it by clicking the three-dot icon.

Just like with Calendars, this scheduling experience helps you give each customer the right attention while keeping everything neatly organised in one place.
