Appointments are a great way to manage customer relationships; they let you organise your day, trigger workflows for automated management, and improve rapport. When you need to handle these things on the go, you might not have access to the desktop version of the CRM. Here's how to schedule an appointment directly in the mobile app.

Scheduling an Appointment

Start by navigating to the Calendars tab indicated by the Calendar icon.

In the calendars section, click the plus sign icon to add an appointment.

Select "Schedule Appointment" from the options.

The contacts list will open for you to choose who will attend the appointment.

Select the calendar you want to use for the appointment.

If needed, use the drop-down to pick a specific team member for the appointment.

Set the timezone the appointment's time will be based on.

Select the date and time of the appointment. If using "Custom," you can set this manually.

Enter an appointment title and description.

Enter the location of the appointment. This defaults to the calendar's location, but you can change it by selecting Custom.

Click Save to add the appointment to the calendar.

A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your app.

That's all there is to it. You can now schedule appointments on the go.
