How to Review, Map, and Duplicate Existing Facebook Lead Forms
You can review, map, and duplicate Facebook Lead Forms directly from the campaign setup interface, making it easier to manage lead forms in Ad Manager and ensuring accurate, complete lead syncing. Here's how to use these features.
How It Works
Start by creating a new Facebook Ads campaign with the "Lead Generation" objective in Ad Manager, or select an existing campaign from the list.

Accessing Form Review & Mapping Details
When setting up a Lead Generation campaign, select the desired lead form from the drop-down.

Then, click on the pencil/edit icon next to the form name.

This opens a modal where you can:
- Preview the form content to make sure the information is correct.
- Map or update form fields to the appropriate CRM fields to ensure data is correctly synchronised.
- Confirm lead syncing accuracy to make sure all the data you need is captured and transferred.
Duplicating a Facebook Lead Form
From the same modal, you'll find a "Duplicate Form" button at the bottom left. Clicking it opens a new view with all fields pre-filled from the original form, so you can quickly create an identical form while keeping the existing field structure intact.

Once the form is duplicated, you can make any adjustments or edits you need.
After finalising your changes, click Create Form to save it as a new Lead Form within your campaign setup.

Field Mapping Prompt
If the selected form hasn't been mapped yet, a prompt will appear to make sure no data is missed during syncing.
Clicking Map Now takes you to the review modal, where you can quickly complete the field mapping by aligning the form fields with your CRM fields.
By reviewing, mapping, and duplicating forms directly from the campaign setup interface, you can improve data accuracy, keep lead syncing seamless, and streamline your workflow.
