Your team has multiple people, so incoming calls won't always land with the right person straight away. To transfer a call from your mobile app, follow these steps.

Pick up an incoming call on your mobile app and tap "Transfer" at the top-right corner.

Choose a staff member from your contact list, staff list, dial pad, or recent calls, then select Warm Transfer (Call and Hold) or Blind Transfer (Transfer and End) depending on how you want to hand off the call.

If needed, leave or end the call.

Once you initiate a warm transfer, you can view all call participants in a scrollable list at the bottom, remove other participants, end the call for everyone, or leave without ending it for the others.
