Linking your WhatsApp Business account to your Facebook Page gives customers a seamless way to get in touch. Anyone visiting your page can message you on WhatsApp in a single tap, streamlining engagement, boosting sales, and helping you respond more quickly.
Requirements:
- A Facebook Page for your business
- An active WhatsApp Business account
- The latest versions of the WhatsApp and Facebook apps
Once these are in place, you can link your accounts directly from within the WhatsApp Business app.
How It Works
Step 1: Open the WhatsApp Business app on your mobile device. On Android, tap the More Options button; on iPhone, tap Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to Business Tools and select Facebook & Instagram.
Step 3: Tap Facebook and then click Continue. This takes you to the Facebook login page where you can enter your credentials to log in.
Step 4: Choose the Facebook Page you want to link to your WhatsApp Business account and tap Connect WhatsApp. If you don't have a Facebook Page yet, you'll be prompted to create one.
Once connected, a WhatsApp button will appear on your Facebook Page.
When you return to the WhatsApp Business app, you'll see your linked Facebook Page at the top of the Facebook & Instagram screen.
