Recording calls and listening back to them later is a great feature, especially if you work in a team where multiple people handle client communication or sales. Even if you're working solo, it's useful. Forgotten what a client said? You can listen back any time.
Setting Call Recording Up
To turn on call recording, go to Settings in the bottom left-hand corner and then find Phone Numbers. Click the 3-dot icon next to the number you want to enable call recording on, then select Edit Configuration.

Start Recording Calls
In this dialogue, you can modify your phone number settings. Enable the "Call Recording" toggle to turn on call recordings.

Choose whether to notify your contacts that the call is being recorded by enabling the "Call Recording Message" option.
In the text field below, you can enter a custom message to let contacts know the conversation is being recorded, whether the call is incoming or outgoing. The message content is fully customisable.
📌Note: Before configuring this feature, please check the laws in your region regarding phone call recording.

Don't forget to click "Save" once you're done.

Once it's set up, you can easily review past calls, improve client interactions, and keep accurate records. It's a simple way to improve efficiency and keep your communications on track.
