Editing an appointment lets you keep your schedule accurate and up to date. Whether you need to change the date, time, or status, making those adjustments ensures everything stays aligned. This guide walks you through two ways to do it.

You can edit an appointment from the Contact card or through the Appointments section. We'll cover both, starting with the Contact card.

Contact Card Access

Go to the Smart List section under the Contact category and select the contact whose appointment you want to edit.

You'll land on the Contact Details page. Go to the Appointments tab and click the Edit icon.

A modal will open where you can make your changes. When you're done, click the Save Appointment button to confirm.

Alternatively, go to the Appointments tab inside the Calendars section.

Click the three-dot icon next to the Appointment and select the Edit option from the actions dropdown.

The appointment editor will open. Make your changes, then click the Save Appointment button to confirm.

Whether you use the Contact card or the Appointments section, both routes get you to the same editor. Either way, your appointments will stay accurate and your calendar well-organised.
