Within the CRM's Calendars or Appointments tab, you can set up recurring appointments by manually selecting specific dates and times using the custom date and time options, even without configuring a recurring calendar. This lets you create a series of scheduled sessions tailored to a client's availability or requirements, without needing a preset recurring calendar configuration. Follow the steps below to learn how to create and edit a recurring appointment.
Creating a Recurring Appointment
Begin by selecting the New Appointment button within the Appointments section of your account.

Next, choose the calendar on which the appointment will be scheduled, then enter a title and description. If applicable, select the assigned team member, then choose the appropriate contact from the dropdown list.

In the Date and Time section, select the appropriate timezone, then click the Custom option to specify your desired schedule.

Select the Recurring Appointment checkbox and define your preferred recurrence pattern.

Use the Custom option to manually set the frequency of the recurrence, and choose whether the appointments should end indefinitely, on a specific date, or after a set number of occurrences.

Verify the meeting location and status, then click the Book Appointment button to add the appointment to your calendar.

The first appointment in the series will then appear in your Appointments list for easy reference and management.
Editing a Recurring Appointment
To modify the appointments, select the Edit option from the calendar actions dropdown.

Make the necessary adjustments within the modal, then select "Save." You will then be prompted to confirm how you would like the changes to be applied. Finally, click the Update button to save your changes.

By following the steps above, you can easily create and update recurring appointments.
✍️Important Notes
- Recurrences will be booked directly without checking availability.
- Cancelling or rescheduling a custom recurring appointment through the cancellation/reschedule link or within the Contacts/Conversations tab will impact the entire series.
- Custom recurring appointments are currently unsupported for service and class booking calendars.
- Only one meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams) will be generated for the entire series, not individual occurrences.
