Appointments are central to client interactions, and managing them well keeps your scheduling and follow-ups on track. Within a contact's profile in the CRM, the Appointments section gives you a clear view of all upcoming and past bookings for that contact. From here you can quickly see:

  • Date and Time: The scheduled time of the appointment.
  • Status: Whether the appointment is confirmed, completed, or canceled.
  • Calendar: The specific calendar where the booking was made.
  • Assigned User: The team member responsible for the appointment.

Cancelling the Appointment

Go to the Smart Lists section under the Contact category, then select the contact whose appointment you want to cancel.

After selecting the contact's name, you'll be taken to the Contact Details page. From there, go to the Appointments tab to manage their scheduled appointments.

Click the vertical dots on the appointment card to open the actions menu, then click cancel.

A confirmation popup will appear so you can review and confirm the cancellation before proceeding.

Once confirmed, the status changes to Cancelled.

Keeping your appointments up to date helps your team stay organised, reduces no-shows, and means a smoother experience for both your team and your clients.
