QR codes are a great way to boost your online presence, get clients engaging with your business, and bridge the gap between your online and offline worlds. Creating them one by one is fine for small batches, but when you need a lot, uploading a CSV is much quicker. Here's how.

Generating QR Codes

Head to the QR Codes tab inside the Sites section and click the upward-pointing arrow icon.

Upload or drag and drop your CSV file; it should contain a 'Name' column for the QR code and a 'URL' column for the redirection destination.

📌Note: You can download a sample CSV to aid in creating your file.

For added organisation, select a folder from the drop-down menu. This is optional, but it keeps all your codes together in one place.

When you're ready, click Upload. The system will start generating your QR codes.

Modifying The QR Codes

Once created, you can edit any QR code by hovering over it and clicking the Edit button.

From here, you can change the URL the QR code points to.

Click Next to adjust the look of your QR code.

When you're happy with how it looks, click Save.

The bulk upload runs in the background, so you can get on with other things while the codes are being created and tweak them afterwards if needed. Editing is entirely optional. Once the codes are ready, you can start downloading, sending, and using them to connect with customers.
