The Add/Update Opportunity feature lets you add or update contacts in your pipeline. Select the contacts you want to manage, choose the right pipeline and stage, and keeping your opportunities organised becomes much simpler. You can move multiple contacts, update key details, and keep your opportunity list clear with minimal effort.
Add/Update Opportunity
Go to the Smart Lists tab in the Contacts section and select the contacts you want to manage.

Open the More dropdown menu, then select Manage Opportunity.

Give this action a clear name; it will appear in the tracking report.

Select Pipeline
Choose the pipeline you want these contacts placed in from the dropdown.

Select Stage
From the actions dropdown, select the pipeline stage.

Additional Fields
You can add or update other Opportunity fields by clicking "+Add Fields."

- Status: Select the status for the opportunity.
- Opportunity Value: Enter the estimated value of the potential sale. This is added to your revenue once the opportunity is won.
- Owner: Add the user responsible for managing the opportunity.
- Followers: Add any users who should be notified of changes to the opportunity.
- Opportunity Source: Specify where you acquired the contact.
- Opportunity Name: Enter a name for the opportunity as it will appear on the opportunity card, separate from the contact name.

Save
Click the Apply/Update Opportunity button to save your changes.

This lets you move multiple contacts in one go, keeping your opportunity list organised and easy to follow.
