Get more from Google My Business by connecting it directly to the CRM. Once connected, you can manage all your GMB messaging right inside NotLuck CRM. Call tracking sets up a unique tracking phone number and attaches it to your GMB location, keeping traditional customer calls separate from interactions managed inside your account and bringing everything into one place.

Connecting GBP

Head to the Integrations tab in your account settings and click Connect under the GBP icon.

Organise the pages as you prefer by selecting an option from the "Search by" dropdown menu.

Select the Google My Business page you'd like to connect, then click Connect.

All your selected pages will appear under the "Selected Pages" heading. Any pages with call tracking enabled are highlighted with a call icon for easy identification.

Managing the Integration

To disconnect GMB, click the three-dot icon and select "Disconnect." This unlinks GMB from the CRM, so no further data or updates are synced.

You can also change the connected page or add more by clicking Manage Pages, which shows all pages under the same Google Account.

Switch the connected page or add more by checking the box next to the page's name.

Click the Connect or Manage Channels option to modify the social media and messaging channels connected to the GBP.

This opens a list of channels you can connect to your Google Business Page, either by selecting them or entering your username.

Once you've entered your channel credentials, click Save in the bottom right corner.

This updates your GBP-connected profiles. You can verify the connection by clicking the square icon under "Update GBP."

This opens a tab where you can edit your GBP.

Your Google Business Page is often the first thing customers see, so keeping it connected to the CRM makes it straightforward to manage incoming leads and stay on top of new interest in your business.
