What it does for you
Lets customers book time with you online, and keeps those bookings in step with your own diary.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Calendars, and connect your Google or Outlook diary so busy times are blocked automatically.
- Create a booking calendar for the meeting you offer most, for example a free call.
- Set the length of the meeting, the days and hours you are available, and a small gap between meetings.
- Choose who the meeting is with. For a team, you can share bookings between people.
- Open the booking link in a private window and make a test booking.
- Put the booking link on your website, in your email signature, or in your follow-up messages.
You'll know it worked when
- Your test booking appears in the CRM and in your Google or Outlook diary.
- You and the person booking both receive a confirmation.
- A time you already have in your diary is no longer offered.
Common snags
- Bookings do not appear in your diary. Check the calendar is connected and that the right diary is chosen for new events.
- Times offered are wrong. Check the time zone on both the calendar and your profile.
- People book at times you did not intend. Review your working hours and add a notice period.
- You use both Google and Outlook. Connect the diary you actually look at each day, so that is the one kept up to date.
