Within this section, you can incorporate sales funnels for your marketing campaigns or develop new ones to support your promotional efforts. These funnels can vary in length and be used in numerous ways to effectively market your products and services. You'll first need to set up funnel steps before adding elements like products to a sales funnel.

📌NOTE: You can create and modify the content of entire funnels without connecting a domain. However, to publish your funnels online and make them accessible to the public, you must first connect a domain. Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all components.

To get started, navigate to the Sites section in the CRM, and click on the Funnels tab.

Create Folder

To create a new folder, click on the "Create Folder" button.

A popup will appear where you can name the folder and save it.

Create New Funnel

To create a new funnel, click the "+ New Funnel" button.

You can choose between creating a funnel "From blank", using Funnel AI, or From templates". Name the funnel, which will be saved once you hit the "Create" button.

Sort by Recent or List

You can sort your funnel list by the most recent updates or in alphabetical order. The Recent option (clock icon) shows the latest updates at the top, while the List view organises funnels by folders, followed alphabetically.

Search Funnels By Name

If you have a long list of sales funnels, searching by name may be faster than scrolling to find the one you're looking for.

Funnel List

When you visit the Funnels page, you'll see a list of existing funnels and folders. Each card shows important information about your funnel, including:

  1. Funnel name: This is the name of your funnel. It can be edited inside the funnel's settings from within the funnel.
  2. Last updated: The date and time the funnel was last updated, so you can keep track of recent edits.
  3. Steps within the Funnel: You can also see how many steps are inside each funnel.

Funnel Actions

Clicking this three-dotted icon opens a small menu with a few different funnel actions.

  1. Edit: Clicking this button will allow you to edit your funnel. You can edit settings and individual pages, and add or remove pages from your funnel.
  2. Clone: Duplicating a funnel is a straightforward way to quickly reproduce one while keeping all the work already put into it. Once duplicated, you can edit any part that needs changing.
  3. Move To Folder: If you have folders created in your funnel section, you can move a funnel between folders.
  4. Upload to Funnel templates: Save a funnel for reuse.
  5. Share: Share the funnel with team members or collaborators.
  6. Delete: You can delete a funnel by clicking the "delete" button. The selected item will be permanently deleted from your account; you'll be asked to type the word "DELETE" into the provided field.

📌NOTE: Deleting a funnel is irreversible. Make sure the decision is final before proceeding.

Funnels are essential for effective marketing and business growth. By organising them into folders, using AI or templates, and managing them efficiently, you can streamline your promotional efforts. Features like search, sorting, and cloning make creating and maintaining funnels straightforward.

Publishing funnels online requires a domain connection. Once that's set up, these tools will support your campaigns, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
