The Estimates trigger fires a workflow based on specific events related to estimates. It's useful for automating follow-up actions, notifications, and responses tied to how customers interact with your estimates.

To add this trigger, head to the Automation tab and select Workflows. From there, choose an existing workflow or create a new one.

Select the option to add a new trigger, then choose Estimates from the Workflow Triggers list.

Update the trigger name in the Workflow Trigger Name field to reflect what it does.

Click + Add Filters to refine the trigger criteria. Available standard field options include filtering by estimate status, estimate value, or the template used.

Once you've chosen your standard field, select the corresponding operator from the dropdown menu.

If you selected the "Is" or "Is Not" operator, choose the appropriate status or template when prompted. For the Estimate Value option, enter the required value after selecting the Greater Than, Equal To, or Greater Than or Equal To operator.

Save the trigger and begin adding actions to your workflow!

That's all it takes to configure the Estimates trigger and start automating actions and responses based on how customers interact with your estimates.
