Email campaign settings give you control over how your campaigns are created, managed, and measured. This guide covers the key settings within the email campaign feature so you can configure everything to suit your needs.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to the Email Campaigns section under the Marketing tab, and then click the gear icon.

This will open your email campaign settings where you can view and modify your default campaign configurations.

Attribution
Adjusting the attribution window and method sharpens your campaign analysis. Flexible duration and emphasis settings let you make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Attribution Window
This setting determines the maximum number of days a campaign will be eligible for attribution. Adjust the attribution window using the "+" or "−" options, or type the number of days directly using your keypad.

Attributed To
Choose whether to attribute results to all campaigns or to restrict attribution to campaigns associated with products only. This lets you focus your analysis and ensure attribution aligns with your specific campaign objectives.

Verified Sender Emails
Here you can review your existing verified sender emails or add new ones. Verifying your sender emails ensures that only authorised users can send emails from your domain, protecting against unauthorised use and helping maintain your brand's integrity and reputation.

Sender Preferences
Enter the sender's email address and recipient details in this section to speed up sending test emails.

Sender Name and Email
Set the default sender name and email address for your campaigns. You can also use custom values for added efficiency.

Test Recipient (To)
Enter up to five email addresses to receive test emails. Separate each address with a comma; you can also include custom values.

Custom Reply
Enter the email address customers should use if they want to reply to your communications.

Fonts
View and manage your Google Fonts here. Adding more fonts lets you further personalise your emails and keep them aligned with your brand identity.

Tracking
Set the default tracking settings for all future campaigns here. These can be adjusted for individual campaigns as needed.

Add Custom UTM Parameter
Click "Add Custom Parameter" to define additional parameters and their corresponding values.

Unsubscribe
This section lets you define how contacts can unsubscribe from your communications. A clear process makes for a smoother experience and supports compliance with communication standards.

Three options are available: One Step, Two Step, and Dynamic. Review each description carefully to decide which suits your needs.

The preview button lets you walk through the process from the customer's perspective.

Recent Exports
View a history of exported campaign statistics here. Details include the date and time each export began, the selected campaigns and date range, the user who initiated the export, and its current status. You can also download the CSV file directly from this section.

Getting your email campaign settings right makes a real difference to how your campaigns perform. Use the options available to optimise for performance and keep everything on-brand. Remember to save your changes as you go.
