This guide covers the four main ways to send or deliver emails within the system, with a clear breakdown of what each option does and when to use it.

Navigate to a drafted email campaign to begin.

Click the "Send or Schedule" button to proceed.

Send Now

The "Send Now" option lets you send an email campaign to your audience straight away.

Schedule

Use the "Schedule" option when you want to plan an email campaign to go out at a specific date and time.

Batch Schedule

The "Batch Schedule" feature sends email campaigns in segmented batches at set times and dates. This approach helps optimise delivery based on each recipient's location and time zone. For example, with 1,000 contacts and a batch quantity of 100, the campaign will go out in 10 batches of 100 emails each.

RSS Schedule

The "RSS Schedule" option works well for campaigns featuring dynamic content linked to RSS feeds. It lets you automate the delivery of updates, such as new blog posts or product announcements, at scheduled times and dates.

By understanding these email delivery methods, you can make your campaigns more effective and ensure timely, targeted communication with your audience.
