The Email Builder lets you create visually appealing, effective email campaigns. Whether you're starting from scratch or working from a template, it has everything you need to design, customise, and optimise your emails. The controls are straightforward, so you can put together something that engages your audience without much fuss.
To get started, go to Emails > Campaigns > New. You can choose to create from Blank, use Email Marketing Templates, or use Your Templates. In this article, we'll be creating from Blank.

In the popup, choose the Design Editor option, which gives you a drag-and-drop interface for easy email customisation.

Name Campaign
Click on the box to name and rename your email campaign.

Add Elements
To build your email, click the "+" button within the builder. From there, you can add Elements and Layouts to the builder interface.
- Elements: Add various elements including text, images, buttons, and other interactive components to enhance your email content.

Once a Text Element is added, you can access options to customise it to suit your overall design.

You can also hover over the element to move or clone it, adjust its visibility on mobile and desktop, set up conditional sending, save it for use across multiple campaigns, or delete it.

- Layouts: Layouts help structure your email content, keeping it visually organised and easy to read. You can arrange elements into different sections to create a balanced design.

Once a layout is added, you can customise its borders by adjusting the colour, thickness, and radius, either globally or per edge. Use the Border Settings to pick a border colour, set a precise width, and adjust corner roundness. This gives you more design flexibility and helps your email sections stand out. By default, new templates have zero spacing before and after text tags, while text elements have a default padding of 12px.

Manage Element
Once elements are added, you can manage their sections and columns by clicking the Manage Element option.

Appearance
This lets you adjust the Template, Button, Divider, Custom CSS, Mobile Formatting, Link, and Typography settings so your email stays on-brand.

A/B Testing
Toggle on the Enable A/B testing option. This lets you test different versions of your email to see which performs best. You can test the Email subject, Email content, Test duration, Variations, and Test Size to optimise engagement.

Saved Item
The Saved Item feature lets you store and reuse elements you use regularly. This keeps your emails consistent and speeds up the creation process.

Builder View
The Builder View gives you an overview of your email layout so you can see how it's structured before sending.

Desktop and Mobile View
To make sure your email looks good on all devices, toggle between Desktop and Mobile View. This lets you preview how your email will appear at different screen sizes.

Undo and Redo
Made a mistake? Use the Undo arrow to reverse your last action. The Redo arrow lets you restore changes if needed.

Three Dotted Button
The Three-Dotted Button gives you additional options including Test Email, Preview Template, See Version History, and File Attachment.

Save
The Save option lets you save your email as a draft for future edits, or schedule it to go out at a specific date and time.

Send or Schedule
The Save or Schedule option lets you save your email as a draft for future edits, or schedule it to be sent at a specific date and time. Scheduling makes it easier to plan campaigns and get your emails in front of people at the right moment.

The Email Builder gives you everything you need to design and optimise professional emails without the hassle. Use the features available to create content your audience will actually engage with, and get your next campaign off the ground today.
