Edit your email snippets using the rich text editor before sending emails. The editor gives you a full set of formatting options, including bold, italic, underline, bullet lists, and more. Customising snippets with these tools lets you tailor each message to suit specific needs.

How It Works

Open the Mobile App

Start by opening the mobile app.

Head over to the conversations section and start a new conversation.

Choose the option to send a new email to a contact.

Choose an Email Snippet

Click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand section of the email composer, then select the Snippets option.

Select your preferred email snippet from the available folders.

Edit with Rich Text Editor

Once you have chosen your snippet, use the rich text editor to customise the content to suit your needs.

Send the Email

After editing, send the email to your chosen contact(s).
