You can create and send documents or contracts directly from the mobile app using predefined templates. This keeps you productive on the go, with quick access to your templates for generating and sending documents wherever you are.

📌Important Note: Before using this feature on the mobile app, make sure your document templates are saved on the web platform, as the mobile app does not currently support creating templates from scratch.

How It Works

Access the Documents and Contracts Section

Open the mobile app and tap the Apps menu. Then tap Documents and Contracts from the list.

View Existing Documents and Templates

Browse the All Documents section to view drafts and sent documents.

Switch to the Templates tab to access your saved templates for document creation.

Create a New Document

Tap the floating "+" button at the bottom-right of the All Documents screen to start a new document.

Select a document template from your library, then move on to the next step.

Update the document name, then add the required contact(s) for the document.

Optional: Add Items from the Product Catalogue

Include items if you're generating a quote or estimate.

📌Note: This step is optional and can be skipped if not needed.

Review and Send

Check the document details for accuracy and add a discount if applicable. Once you're happy with everything, send the document via email or generate a unique link for sharing.

With this feature, you can access, create, and send contracts directly from your mobile device. Whether you're finalising contracts or sending out estimates, you can get it done from anywhere.
