Creating and managing custom values is a straightforward way to keep things organised and streamline your processes. Custom values let you tailor the CRM to suit your specific setup. This guide covers adding, organising, editing, and deleting custom values so you can manage your data with ease.
Head to the Settings > Custom Values section in your account to begin.

Creating a New Folder
Organise your custom values by creating a folder. Click the "Add Folder" button in the top-right corner, enter your folder name, and click "Create" to finish.

Adding a New Custom Value
You can create custom values to suit your requirements. To get started, click the "New Custom Value" button in the top-right corner.

A form will appear where you can enter the name, value, and folder for the new custom value. Save to store the custom value in your account.
Searching Custom Values
To find a specific custom value quickly, use the search box.

Name
This shows the name assigned to each custom value. It acts as a label so you can easily find and use the right value when you need it.

Folder
Related custom values can be grouped for better organisation and efficiency. The Folder column shows which folder each value belongs to.

Key
A key is a unique, system-generated identifier for each custom value. Use the key shown in the Key column whenever you need to reference a custom value.

Value
Value is the information the CRM will insert when the custom value is used.

Actions
- Edit Custom Value: To edit an existing custom value, click "Edit" in the actions dropdown. A pop-up will open where you can update the name, value, and folder. Select "Update" to save your changes.
- Move to Folder: To move a custom value to a different folder, select "Move to Folder" from the three-dot dropdown to the right of the value. Choose the new folder in the pop-up, then click "Move".
- Delete Custom Value: To delete a custom value, click "Delete" in the actions dropdown and confirm when prompted. Note that once deleted, the custom value cannot be restored.

Custom values give you flexibility and control, so make full use of them to keep the CRM working the way you need it to.
