The Snippets section under the Marketing tab lets you create text messages and email templates, so your team can quickly respond to common questions about your products or services. Templates work across the entire CRM, and you can edit them in both Email Marketing and Conversations.

All Snippets

Here you can create and modify any templates you've made.

Text Snippets

These snippets let you send and respond to SMS, Facebook DMs, Instagram DMs, and chat messages. To create one, click +New Snippet and select Add Text Snippet.

Fill out the template information, then click Save.

Email Snippets

These are simple email templates for quick responses, like a refund confirmation, that don't need lots of media elements. Unlike templates used for email campaigns, they're designed for straightforward replies. To create one, click +Add Snippet and select Add Email Snippet.

Fill out the template information, then click Save.

Interacting With Snippets

Once you've created a snippet, click the three dots icon next to it to move, edit, duplicate, or delete the template.

Folders

Folders help you organise snippets into groups. To create one, click +Add Folder.

Add the folder name, then click Save.

To add templates to a folder, click the three dots icon next to it and select Move to Folder.

To move or delete multiple templates at once, select the checkboxes next to them and choose the action you want.

If you're moving templates to a new folder, select the folder, then click Move.

Using text and email templates is a smart way to cut down on repetitive messages and save time. You can use them in workflows or during conversations, making them a really useful tool for getting through your communications more efficiently.
