The Conversations section in the mobile app lets you view and manage ongoing conversations directly from your phone. You can filter, archive, star, or delete conversations, making it straightforward to stay on top of your messages wherever you are.

Access Conversations

Open the mobile app and go to the Conversations section.

Use the search bar to find a specific contact by typing a few characters of their name, email address, or phone number.

Inboxes

Choose whether to view conversations in the team inbox, your personal inbox, or internal messages with team members.

Filter

Use the filters to narrow down results to suit your needs. Scroll through the filter row or tap the filter button for more options.

Filters you use often can be saved as quick filters within the Filter modal, so you can apply them again without setting them up from scratch each time.

Once saved, tap the quick filters button to apply them.

Initiate a New Conversation

Tap the "+" icon to start a new conversation.

From here, you can send an SMS, send an email, create a group chat, or send a new internal notification.

Additional Actions

Swipe left on any conversation to star it or enable DND. Tap "More" for additional actions.

These other actions include archiving the chat, marking the conversation as unread, viewing contact information, or permanently deleting the conversation.

To take action on multiple conversations at once, press and hold a conversation card to select it. Tap the radio button next to any other contacts you want to include, then use the panel at the bottom to apply your chosen action.

Conversation Card Actions

Inside a conversation card, select the contact and open the Actions menu to access a range of options, including scheduling an appointment, creating an opportunity, sending a review request, viewing contact activity, adding internal comments, or deleting the conversation.

You can also switch between channels using the channel selector.

Tap the text box to start typing; from there you can open your camera to capture an image, or tap the plus icon to attach a file from your device, request payment, include custom values, trigger links, and more (1). You can then schedule your message or send it straight away (2).

For WhatsApp-based conversations, you can also select a preconfigured interactive WhatsApp template with CTA buttons.

Make the most of these features to keep your conversations running smoothly on the go. Update your mobile app to the latest version to access everything described here.
