Managing contacts well keeps your workflow running smoothly. The Contacts module on the mobile app brings all your key contact information and actions together in one place, making it quicker and simpler to stay on top of your relationships.

First, open the mobile app and log in. From the main dashboard, go to the apps section.

Next, click the Book icon to open your Contacts in the CRM.

You can see contact details like name, phone number, and email at a glance.

Long-press a contact to copy or share their details without opening their full profile.

Click the contact to see all their key details on one screen, without needing to navigate multiple pages.

Click the three-dotted button to quickly edit, share, and delete the contact.

Use the Assign Owner button to assign the contact to a specific User in the CRM.

From here, you can place calls, send SMS and Emails, book meetings, and charge customers.
