In the Messages panel, you can review the message and conversation history with a specific contact. It shows all messages and calls associated with that contact, giving you a complete record of every interaction. To get started, select a contact from Contacts > Smart Lists.

Messaging Header

The message header gives you a set of options and buttons to control how you communicate with the contact.

Call Contact

Clicking the phone icon starts a call to the contact you're viewing. There's no need to enter the number manually.

Archive Conversation

The folder icon lets you archive a conversation, removing it from the recents section in the conversations tab.

Add to Favorites

Click the star icon to mark a contact as a favourite. This adds them to the starred tab in the conversations tab.

Mark Messages As 'Read/Unread'

Use the button in the message header to mark messages as read or unread. This helps keep things organised so nothing gets missed.

Filtering Messages

Apply filters within the contact record to view messages from a specific channel or group activity. This makes it easier to track communication history and follow up on any interactions.

Sending Messages

To send a message, first select the message channel.

Next, type your message in the text field. You can personalise it by using templates, adding emojis, attaching files, or inserting custom values.

This is a straightforward way to respond to any enquiries or concerns your contacts may have.
