Meetings

Calendars

Here you can manage and create calendars, which allow you to create booking links, manage reminders and follow-up, and organise customer meetings from the CRM.

Groups

Calendar Groups let businesses streamline appointment scheduling, coordinate team availability, and offer clients more flexible booking options by combining individual calendars into one unified view.

Service Calendars (v1)

Service Calendars (v1) is a centralised page to manage your version one Service Calendars and related connections for legacy calendars.

This section includes:

  1. Service Menu: A centralised page to list all your services in one streamlined scheduling link.
  2. Rooms: They represent any location needed to provide the service you're offering, and are added and managed in this area.
  3. Equipment: Any tool, device, or machine you use to deliver your services. In this section, you can add and manage such tools, which the system will use to help you organise their availability when booking appointments.

Preferences

Here, you can modify the preferences for your profile or account's meeting locations, in-app, and widget preferences.

My Availability

Switch to the Availability tab to manage availability across calendars and users.

Within this section, you can create a reusable schedule from a user profile that defines availability once and then apply it seamlessly to multiple calendars as needed.

Services

The Service tab in your calendar settings helps you manage and organise all the necessary details for your appointments to run smoothly.

Services

This section contains the services themselves.

Staff

In the staff tab, you can view and manage the members who make up your team.

Resources

The resources tab helps you manage physical assets needed to deliver a service. This ensures that when the service is booked, the associated resource is also reserved.

Add-ons

The Add-ons tab lets you manage additional features or upsells; these are usually supplementary services or products related to the main service.

Locations

The locations tab lets you view all the places where you offer services. Usually, this only contains your default address, but this section is especially helpful when managing multiple branches.

Global Settings

The global settings tab helps you manage the way services are managed as a whole. This contains settings for In-App Settings, Booking Page, Form, Payment, Service, Additional Settings, and Notifications.

Connections

Calendars

Here you can manage your connections with external calendars.

Video Conferencing

Here you can manage your profile or teammates' connections with video conferencing apps such as Zoom.

Google Organic Booking
