Analysing your trigger link activity is key to understanding how they're performing and where you can improve. Once a link is triggered, automation handles the rest, but tracking clicks and activity metrics lets you see what's working and what might need tweaking. This guide shows you how to access and analyse your trigger link data so you can make informed decisions about your automation strategy.
To get started, go to the Conversations or Marketing section in your account. Click on Trigger Links and select Analyse from the drop-down menu.

Date Range
To view data for a specific period, adjust the date range on the right side of your screen. Click the dates to open a calendar popup where you can select the range you want.

Bar Chart
The bar chart gives you a visual overview of your trigger link activity.
On the far left of the chart, the clicks axis shows the total number of clicks within the selected date range. The scale will vary depending on how your most popular links are performing.

Identifying Trigger Links
When analysing trigger links, a few data points are particularly useful. The bar chart shows how each link has progressed over time, with different colours and shapes highlighting performance changes. Keeping an eye on these patterns can reveal useful trends and anomalies.

Hover Effect
Hover over any bar in the chart to see more detail. This shows the total number of clicks for that trigger link during that period, without having to dig through the data manually.

By tracking key metrics and customising your analysis using the tools available, you can get actionable insights to fine-tune your strategy. Whether you're looking at trends over time or reviewing specific links, this gives you the data you need to improve your campaign performance.
