Tags help keep your contacts organised and make segmentation more efficient for targeted campaigns. The Add Contact Tag workflow action lets you automatically add tags to contacts when specific triggers are activated, such as form or survey submissions. It keeps your contact database tidy and your audience easy to manage.

In the workflow builder, click the "+" and add the "Add Contact Tag" action in the options.

To add tags to a contact in your workflow, select the tags you want to associate with the contact. You can choose multiple tags per contact if needed. Tags you have already selected will show a checkmark next to them.

If you need a tag that isn't in your existing list, start typing it in the space provided and click Add New Tag to save it.

Remember to Save the action.
