What is charged on top
The subscription above covers the platform itself. Two things are metered separately and billed only when you actually use them:
- Messages you send from the CRM, meaning email campaigns, SMS, calls and WhatsApp conversations you start. Messages people send to you are not charged.
- AI features. AI features are charged per use on Bronze, at the published rates. Silver and Gold include the AI bundle instead, with no per-use bill.
Usage comes out of a wallet inside your account, not straight off your card, and your card is only charged when the wallet is topped up. You can see the balance any time under Billing, and every new account starts with £5 of usage credit, so nothing is charged on day one.
There are no bundles and no bands, so you never pay for ten thousand emails to send five hundred. Every rate is published in full, per unit, on our usage charges page, which also has a calculator for estimating a typical month before you commit to anything.
Usage rates are set in US dollars by the underlying providers, so the exact pounds figure moves a little with the exchange rate.
What you are agreeing to
- £116.40 including VAT, every month, taken automatically from the card you enter on the next page. The first payment is taken today and each one after that on the same date. Metered usage, set out above, is separate from this.
- Rolling, with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a part month, and we do not charge an exit fee.
- You will get a receipt for every payment, and we will email you before anything changes about the price.
- Your card is held by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store the number. You can change it or cancel any time, either by replying to any receipt or through your bank.
