WhatsApp messages have several statuses that give you a clearer picture of when and how your contacts are engaging with them. Here's what each status means and how to find them.

What Statuses are available?

  1. Total: The number of WhatsApp messages triggered by the selected workflow action.
  2. Delivered: Messages that have reached the recipient's device, shown by two ticks on WhatsApp.
  3. Pending: Contacts in the automation whose WhatsApp message hasn't been triggered yet.
  4. Read: Messages received and read by the recipient, shown by two blue ticks on WhatsApp.
  5. Sent: Messages that have been sent but not yet received, shown by a single tick on WhatsApp.
  6. Failed: Messages that ran into an error, such as the contact being unavailable on WhatsApp, blocked templates, or hitting per-user marketing limits.

📌Note: Whatsapp users who've disabled Read Receipts will show under the Delivered tab.

How to View WhatsApp Statistics?

Navigate to the Workflow tab inside the Automation section and open any workflow that includes a WhatsApp action.

Click the WhatsApp action to open its details and select the Statistics tab.

Click View Details for a full breakdown of the statistics, including which contacts are at each stage.

You can also download a report by clicking the Export button in the top right corner.

That's all there is to it. You can now check the statistics for any WhatsApp action in your workflows, making it straightforward to monitor delivery, spot issues, and keep things running smoothly.
