If you want to reach a global audience, WhatsApp is an essential tool for your business. With nearly 2 billion users worldwide, many leads will contact you through this channel. Here's how to manage your messaging limits and profile sharing to engage customers more effectively.
Managing Your Number
Each WhatsApp phone number has its own profile, which includes its limits and related links. To view these settings, navigate to the WhatsApp section of your sub-account settings and select the Numbers tab.

All your available phone numbers are listed here, where you can view their status and limits. To access the detailed view, click Manage next to the relevant phone number.

Messaging Limits
In the insight tabs, you can see a detailed view of your Messaging Limits. These are the maximum number of messages you can send to WhatsApp customers who have not contacted you first within a 24-hour period.

Alongside the limit, you will see recommendations on how to improve it. For more detail, click Know More, which will take you to the Facebook help guide explaining that element in full.

Message Links
WhatsApp messaging links let people quickly start a conversation with your business by scanning a QR code or opening the link directly. To create one, switch to the Message Links tab and click "+ Create Message Link".

Enter a suggested opening message for the customer, which they can edit before sending. Then click Create.

Once created, click the two-square icon to copy the link. You can add this to your social media profiles so customers can reach you easily.

Click the cloud icon (1) to download a PNG version of your QR code, or the bin icon to delete it (2).

Use these settings to make the most of your WhatsApp Business Profile, keeping communications simple and making it easy for customers to reach you wherever they are.
