The Update Contact Field workflow action lets you modify a specific field within a contact's record. It keeps your database accurate and up to date, which helps with better communication and stronger relationships with your contacts.

To get started, click the + icon to add a new workflow action and select Update Contact Field.

From there, you can choose to update the field data or clear existing field data.

Next, click +Add Field.

If you're updating field data, select from the available field options and enter the data you'd like to set.

If you're clearing data, simply select the field you want to clear.

Click + Add field again if you need to update more than one field.

Once you're done, click Save Action and carry on building your workflow.

📌Note: Make sure you've established a workflow trigger before publishing. Without both an action and a trigger, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it.
