Keeping your Custom Objects tidy helps ensure your data stays accurate, your workflows run smoothly, and everything stays manageable. When your company goes through big changes, deleting a bunch of obsolete records in one go is the quickest way forward. Here's how to do it.

Bulk Deleting Custom Objects

Go to the Custom Objects you want to work with. In the list view, tick the checkboxes on the left of each row to select the records you want to delete. Use the header checkbox to select all records on the page.

Click Delete from the bulk actions bar that appears.

Confirm the action in the dialog.

You can check the progress and logs on the bulk actions page.

Deleting a record also removes all of its relations and associations, including associations to related Notes, Tasks, Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, other Custom Object records, and any association labels applied to those relationships. This means you can make a single swift action to update your data.
