The Service Menu is a centralised page that displays your service calendars in a single scheduling link. Clients can easily navigate categorised services and book multiple appointments for themselves or their guests through one booking widget. Service Calendars allow you to create and group services by categories, assign staff, and display them together on the Service Menu.

Access the Service Menu within the Calendar Settings section.

Create Service Menu

Add a new service menu by selecting the button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Before proceeding, make sure you have already created calendar groups and service calendars.

This field lets you quickly locate service menus without scrolling through the entire list. Simply enter a few characters from the name of the service menu and it will appear within seconds.

Service Menu Name

This column in the table shows the name you have given to each service menu for ease of identification.

Date Updated

Here, you can view the date and time when the service menu was last updated, giving you a clear record of the most recent changes. This helps you track updates and ensure all service details are current and accurately reflected.

Status

This column shows whether the service menu is active or not. When it is active, it is visible to your clients and they can view the respective service when booking an appointment.

Action Dropdown

This three-dot menu provides advanced options to manage each service menu. Here is what each option does.

  1. Edit: Editing a service menu lets you review and update the existing information as needed, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
  2. Copy Embed Code: To integrate this menu on your website, use the provided embed code. Paste it into your website's code to let visitors view and book appointments directly from your service menu.
  3. Copy Permanent Link: Clicking this button copies a permanent link to your clipboard. You can paste this link on any external page outside of the CRM to provide direct access to the service menu.
  4. Copy Scheduling Link: Use this button to copy the scheduling link, which is useful for sharing with potential customers who wish to book an appointment. You can distribute this link via text or any other communication method.
  5. Deactivate Service Menu: If you choose to stop using the service menu, this option lets you deactivate it. After deactivation, customers will no longer see the service menu when attempting to book an appointment.
  6. Delete: This button removes the selected service menu from the calendar, ensuring it will no longer appear for booking.
