Managing a growing social media presence across multiple platforms is much easier when you can schedule everything in one go. The Bulk Scheduling feature in Social Planner lets you do exactly that, without having to create and publish posts one at a time.

How to Schedule Posts in Bulk
Once the prerequisites are in place, click the "New Post" button in the Social Planner and select "Upload from CSV."

Upload File
You'll be asked to choose a posting format.
The Basic Format covers the essentials: date, content, OG meta URL, image links, video links, and GIFs. The Advanced Format offers broader functionality, including platform-specific post types (e.g., Post, Story, Reel, Shorts), watermarking, tags, categories, follow-up comments, and enhanced options for Google Business Profile (post types, calls-to-action, events, offers), YouTube (title, privacy settings, video type), TikTok, LinkedIn PDFs, Pinterest board selection, and more.

After selecting your format, download the sample file or check the formatting tips to make sure your file meets the guidelines. Then click to upload your file, or drag and drop it in.
📌Note: A maximum of 90 posts can be uploaded per CSV or xlsx file.

Once the CSV is uploaded, click Next.

Select Socials
Select the accounts where you'd like to publish. The dropdown shows all linked accounts, so you can pick the right one for your intended audience.

To send posts for approval before they go live, tick the checkbox and select the relevant approvers.

After clicking Create, the content from your CSV or XLSX file will be prepared for review or scheduling.

Review Content
Once the file is uploaded, review the imported content to complete the setup.
Posts with errors appear in a separate tab. Follow the steps in the error message to resolve them.

Save any changes you make to individual posts using the Save button in the upper right of the screen.

Once all errors are resolved, the "Posts with Errors" tab will disappear and you can schedule your content or save it as a draft.

Click Import to add all approved posts directly to the calendar queue.
Check CSV Status
The CSV tab in the Content View lets you track the progress of your imported files.

The Social Planner dashboard also distinguishes between posts uploaded via CSV and those created manually in the Post Composer. All scheduled posts can be viewed and managed in the content calendar.
