When a comment is made on your Facebook or Instagram post, a workflow can be triggered to respond. The Reply in Comments action lets you post a direct reply beneath the original comment and optionally like it too.
📌Note: The Reply in Comments action must be paired with a compatible trigger, either Facebook Comment(s) on a Post or Instagram Comment(s) on a Post, to function properly.
How It Works
Navigate to the workflow with the Facebook Comment(s) on a Post or Instagram Comment(s) on a Post trigger. Then, click the plus action to add the Reply in Comments action.
Once the action settings load, enter the message to be sent as a reply. Optionally, click the tag icon to use custom values and reduce manual effort.
You can also set up multiple reply variations by clicking the Add New Response button. The system will randomly pick one to send for each comment, so your replies feel more natural and varied.
You can also enable the Like Comments toggle to automatically like comments on the post.
📌Note: This feature is available for Facebook posts only and is not supported on Instagram.
Finally, save the action to your workflow and make sure to publish the changes.
You can now reply to comments automatically with preset messages, no manual effort needed.
