The Remove Opportunity action removes an opportunity associated with a contact. It lets you manage sales opportunities more efficiently by disassociating specific opportunities from contacts when certain criteria are met, keeping your pipeline organised and your sales data accurate.
To use this feature, navigate to Automation > Workflows in your account and create a new workflow, or open an existing one in the builder.

Add the relevant trigger(s), then click the plus icon to add a new action. Find and select the Remove Opportunity option from the list using the search bar, or scroll down to the Opportunity section.

Action Name
Update the name of the action to reflect its intended purpose.

Opportunity To Be Found
This setting determines which opportunities are removed when the Remove Opportunity action is triggered. The available options are:
- All Contact Opportunities in the Selected Pipeline: This removes every opportunity linked to the contact within the specified pipeline.
- Opportunity Found or Triggered in this Workflow: This removes only the specific opportunity that either triggered the workflow or was identified in a previous step.
This flexibility allows for more precise opportunity management, so you can target a specific removal rather than clearing all opportunities.

Pipeline
Select the Pipeline dropdown to choose the pipeline from which you want to remove the opportunity.

Save the action then publish the workflow to activate it.

The Remove Opportunity action keeps your sales pipeline up to date by clearing out outdated or irrelevant opportunities. This helps your team focus on the most promising leads, reduces clutter, and keeps things organised.
