The Inventory Management page gives you a straightforward way to manage stock, keeping quantities accurate and up to date. You can update product quantities, toggle the "Continue selling when out of stock" option, and search your inventory with ease.
To access the Inventory Management page, navigate to Payments > Products dropdown > Inventory.
Viewing The Inventory
Search
Use the search bar to find products by entering the SKU or product/variant name.
Product Name
Review the product name and variant details to identify the correct product.
Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU)
View the SKU assigned to each product. Products without a SKU will show as "NO SKU."
Available Quantity
View and update the quantity for each product variant.
Track Inventory
Enable this option if you want the system to track your sales and available stock levels.
Continue Selling When Out Of Stock
Toggle this setting on to enable the "Continue selling when out of stock" option.
Editing Your Inventory
You can update the Available Quantity and toggle Track Inventory or Continue Selling When Out Of Stock at any point after a product has been created. Once you've made your changes, click Save to apply them. If you'd rather not save, click Cancel to discard.
To update multiple products at once, select them by ticking the box on their right side, then click Bulk Actions.
Select Update Available Quantity (1) to change the inventory total, or select Set Inventory Status to update the Track Inventory or Continue Selling When Out Of Stock settings.
Updating The Quantity
Choose whether to add to the existing quantity (1) or set the value you enter as the new total (2).
Enter the quantity you want to set, then click Save.
Setting Inventory Status
To update the Track Inventory or Continue Selling When Out Of Stock settings, tick the box next to an option to enable it, or untick to disable it, then click Save. The chosen setting will be applied to all selected items.
Using these features, store owners can keep inventory levels accurate and manage their products more efficiently.
