How to Transfer Ownership of a Community Group

Communities help you build relationships and engage with people interested in your business, so it's important to stay in control if a team member goes on holiday or leaves the company. Here's how to transfer ownership of a Community group.

Head to the Groups tab inside your Communities section.

Click the pencil icon next to the owner's name.

Select the user you want to transfer ownership to.

Check the box to confirm the action, then click Transfer Ownership.

Once confirmed, an email will be sent to the selected user letting them know about the change.
