Your business has its own way of working, so being able to label things your way makes it much easier for you and your team to navigate the CRM. Here's how to rename Contacts, Opportunities, and Companies to whatever works best for you.

Start by navigating to the Objects section inside your account settings and locate your desired object.

Click the three dots icon next to the object and click Edit.

In the Details section, change the name for the singular and plural versions of the object, then click Save changes.

Renamed objects will instantly reflect across the entire platform, including their name in navigation menus, filters, reports, and dashboards, making it easy to identify everything on your own terms.
