Do you accept payments through PayPal? You can connect your PayPal account directly to the CRM. Head to the Integration section, found within the Payments tab, to access the payment credentials that authenticate and authorise the data flow between the CRM and PayPal.

This opens the connection module, where you can choose between Live Mode or Test (Sandbox) Mode.

Live Mode

Use Live Mode when you're ready to start accepting real payments from clients. Click Connect to activate it. This ensures your payment processing is fully functional and ready for real-world purchases, giving your customers a smooth buying experience.

Sandbox Mode

Use Sandbox Mode when testing new products, to avoid unintentional charges. It lets you simulate transactions so you can check that your product setup and payment processes are working correctly, without processing any real payments.

Connecting Your Account

Once you've chosen the mode that suits you, click Connect to get started.

Enter your account email and region, then click Next.

Scroll down and click Log in to use your existing account.
